Shipping & Handling

- For your own convenience it is advisable not to wait until the last minute place your order. 

The Fulfilment Process

1. You pay for your order

2. You will receive an order confirmation email.

3. The processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 business day. (business days exclude weekends & holidays.)

4. After the processing period is over, your shipping labels will be created. 

5. You will receive on order fulfilment email, your tracking number will be inside this email.

6. Your package is shipped of via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

-All Sales Are FINAL.

-Due to the nature of the product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of the product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason ALL Sales Final

- If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order,  there will be a flat rate of $25 fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original date of purchase.

-Returns are only accepted if you have received the wrong items. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

- we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

-All packages comes with tracking numbers, USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package. 

-If you will not be home on the expected date/time, you can request the package be held at your local post office via WWW. USPS.com
